Cabaran diet

"Akak saya tak kira, akak kena ikut gak orang pi lunch nanti"

Haiyoh. Punah la dietku nanti

Ok update for the day

Breakfast - Roti bakar, air milo ais - kalori intake = 200kalori + 120 = 320 kalori (amik kalori roti canai xde kuah..sbb tatau baper kalori intake for Roti bakar 1 set)

Update 1: Makan tengah hari - mee hun sup + milo ais = 380 + 120 = 500 kalori

Total sampai jam 4.15 petang = 820 kalori huish byk nih

wish me all the best utk bertahan
