dan..Diet lagi..

Salam..

update utk today: Bekpes tak sempat mkn..so amik mknn
makan :nasi campur (4 sayur + 1 lauk) + air milo ais kalori : 620 kalori + 150 = 770 kalori (hmm better thn 800 kalori kan?)

korang caya tak aku dah nmpk comey?
siyes aku rs daku makin comey..kekekekkeekkee

ok2 now i nak tepekkn gbr den n cik abg sebelum diet and latest pic (semalam)

ini gambar 3 minggu lepas lihat mukaku bulat kan

ini gbr semalam. Semalam. I love my newself..nmpk comey hahahaha

p/s: daku letakkn gbrku menunjukkn kesungguhanku utk teruskan diet ku. Sihat walafiat.

Update: Tentang diet

Mmg la sbb badanku yg besar ini..tidak nampak bezanya

OK Update for today:
Bekpes:
Meehoon goreng+ telur goreng + milo = 550 kalori + 120 kalori + 110 kalori = 780 kalori


huh kalu pagi mmg aku makan x hingat sungguh..kan?

ni camno nih apa aku nak makan for the rest 220 kalori?

erm...xpe xpe kan bulan 9 nak raya..kata nk comey kan? tu dia..niat mulia sungguh.

p/s: kat sini den tepekkan gbrku sebelum diet bermula..n terkini hahaha (cam la comey kan)
sebelum mulakan diet..huh tembams bulat kan mukaku?

haa..ini gbr latest..masih tembam tp agak kecikkan? kan kan?

Update: My diet

Salam,

mmg i komited nak turunkn berat badanku ini. Tp mengambil kata shemmi nan manis, jgn sampai mudarat. Ku teruskan juga perjlnan nk loose weight ini. I bukan loose my weight utk nmpk cantik, but utk kesihatan.

Ok update for today. Semlam my diet kaput coz somi minta masakkan paprik ayam, pehtu dia dok rayu temankan dia makan sama..so nasik la yang masuk perutku semalam. takpela demi abg tersayang.

Menu for today:
Bekpes: Thosai & milo ais
Kalori counter: 300 + 150 = 450 kalori ( i dunno calori for 1 thosai so i amik roti canai..muleh?)

pagi je sampai 450 kalori. kena watch out nih

Ok update for the day

Breakfast - Roti bakar, air milo ais - kalori intake = 200kalori + 120 = 320 kalori (amik kalori roti canai xde kuah..sbb tatau baper kalori intake for Roti bakar 1 set)

Update 1: Makan tengah hari - mee hun sup + milo ais = 380 + 120 = 500 kalori

Total sampai jam 4.15 petang = 820 kalori huish byk nih

aKU NAK DIET...KUIKUI

bihun/maggi(?) sup - 380 kalori
teh o limau panas - baper ek kalori dia? tatau la tulun daku

How to Burn Calories Without Exercise

-Laugh. You'll burn 20 percent more calories watching a funny movie than you would if you watched a drama. You can also watch comedies on TV, see comics perform live and read funny stories.

-Eat spicy foods. Spices like cayenne pepper, cumin and curry have been shown to increase your metabolism for a few minutes after eating them, burning a few more calories than after eating bland foods.

-Add protein, especially dairy foods, to your diet. This will keep your body from breaking down your muscles for the protein it needs, and the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn.

Total kalori intake - 260 + 380 + 20 + 380 = 1,040 kalori..aiyoh bykkan?
